Living in a densely populated area, one expects that, at the very least, one would have a reliable cellular network service. Well, that is not always the case.

If we provide a service, our customers may understand and grant us grace for some mishaps, gaps, or less-than-optimal service at the start.

When the issue is decades old and unresolved, their commitment may not match their rhetoric.

Don’t be one of those who makes hollow promises. You may find people move to others who are far more wholesome.
